At Lawadiv.com, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all eligible purchases. If you are not satisfied with our legal report generation service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and log in with the email address used during purchase.
  • Locate your order and submit a refund request through Paddle's support portal.
  • Alternatively, contact our support team at support@lawadiv.com with your order details, and we will assist you in initiating the refund process.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for:

  • One-time report purchases made within the last 30 days.
  • First-month subscription charges for monthly plans, if canceled within 30 days of the initial purchase.

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Requests made after the 30-day window has elapsed.
  • Subscriptions that have been active for more than one billing cycle (prorated refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis).
  • Reports that have already been generated and delivered, except where the service was materially defective.

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

Cancellations

For monthly subscription plans, you may cancel at any time through your Paddle customer portal or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access until that date. If you cancel within the first 30 days, you are also eligible for a full refund of that first payment.
