Reports generated by the Service are produced by artificial intelligence. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and validating all outputs before use. AI-generated reports may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors, and are not a substitute for professional legal advice. Do not rely on any output for regulated professional decisions without independent human review. You are responsible for your prompts and ensuring you have the right to use any uploaded content.

8. Service Level

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the Service for maintenance, upgrades, or security reasons.

9. Payments, Subscriptions & Billing

We offer both one-time purchases and recurring subscription plans. All payments are processed by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, meaning Paddle processes payments, handles tax compliance, manages subscriptions, and provides customer service inquiries. 10. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Refund requests are processed by Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact our support team.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. 12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
